1. Information We Collect

We collect information necessary to provide the CoachOS service to athletic trainers and club owners. This includes:

• Account Information: Name, email address, and profile image collected via Google OAuth or standard registration.
• Club & Roster Data: Information you input about your students, including names, dates of birth, contact numbers, and attendance records.
• Document & OCR Data: Physical forms uploaded for Optical Character Recognition (OCR) are processed to extract text. The images are stored securely via our cloud storage provider.
• Financial Data: We track cash and UPI ledgers within the app. Credit card processing for CoachOS subscriptions is handled directly by Razorpay. We do not store your raw credit card numbers.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data strictly to operate, maintain, and improve CoachOS. This includes facilitating multi-tenant club switching, processing OCR forms to save you manual entry time, and calculating your subscription tiers.

3. Third-Party Services

We utilize trusted third-party services to ensure a rugged, reliable application:

• Google: For seamless OAuth authentication.
• Razorpay: For handling secure subscription billing.
• UploadThing / UFS: For secure storage of enrollment documents and club logos.
• Neon Postgres: For encrypted, serverless database hosting.

4. Data Deletion & Rights

Club owners have full control over their roster data. You may delete student records, documents, or your entire organization from within the app settings. Deleting an organization removes all associated data from our active databases.
