Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CoachOS, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the application.

2. Accounts & Roles

CoachOS operates on a multi-tenant architecture.

• Owners: Club Owners are responsible for the management of their organization, inviting sub-coaches, maintaining billing, and ensuring the legality of the data entered into their roster.
• Coaches: Assistant Coaches operate under the authority of the Club Owner. Owners are responsible for the actions taken by Coaches within their organization.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

CoachOS is a tiered SaaS platform.

• Tiers: Usage is restricted based on your Razorpay subscription plan (Free, Standard, Premium, Enterprise). Limits apply to the number of students and assistant coaches.
• Upgrades/Downgrades: If you exceed the limits of your current tier, you must upgrade your plan to add more students or staff.
• Payments: All fees are processed via Razorpay. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing dashboard.

4. Data Ownership & Responsibility

You retain all rights to the roster, financial, and attendance data you enter into CoachOS. By using the service, you grant us a license to host, process, and backup this data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. You agree that you have the necessary consent to store the personal details of your students in our system.

5. As-Is Service & Liability

CoachOS is provided "as is" and "as available". While we build the app to be highly durable and "gym-floor ready", we do not guarantee that the service will be entirely uninterrupted or error-free. We are not liable for any lost revenue resulting from improper use of the cash-basis ledger or downtime.
